All rates exclude loading, offloading, packing, storing and/or safe keeping,
the consignor shall provide any plant, power,operators & labour at point of loading or offloading.
Insurance is excluded - all consignments need to be insured by the consignor/owner/agent prior to loading and
is transported at their sole risk.
Quotations are valid for 30 days & exclude VAT where applicable, all above transport rates are based on
exchange rate on the specific day.
An official order will be required accepting the quotation, Terms and conditions & special conditions prior
to loading. Payments:7-30 days after POD's (Depending on payment terms of specific customer)
Quotations are subject to good accessible road conditions on all roads used for loading, transit and offloading.
Standing time will be charged additional to agreed rates per truck per day after allowed free days.
Contact details of all border clearing agents with the correct delivery address & contact numbers to be supplied @ loading.
Rates are based on shortest route - route changes due to roadwork, authorities, weather , Telecom ect are additional and
excluded from quoted rate.
All abnormal permit rates are based on historical rates and are subject to change by authorities in all countries.
Quoted rates are subject to availability of equipment and fuel or forex increases.
All glass, crated cargo, general cargo and pelletized cargo are to be suitably packed by customer for transit. No claims
will be accepted for cargo damaged as a result of inadequate packaging whilst in transit.
We have limited cover on GIT insurance and in the event that a claim is logged against our company, the customer will be
liable to pay the excess fee determined by our insurers in order to process any claim.

NO ALLOWANCE HAS BEEN MADE FOR LOADING OR OFF-LOADING BY CRANE/FORKLIFT OR OTHERWISE.
PROVINCIAL ABNORMAL PERMITS REQUIRE 3 WORK DAYS TO OBTAIN .
